“Our shipping relies on specialized freight partners tailored for larger items. When an order is placed, the delivery timeframe is estimated, factoring in various elements (detailed below). These estimates are regularly reviewed and updated, and we maintain consistent communication to keep you informed of any changes.

After your order reaches our Distribution Centre, we’ll reach out to you to arrange your preferred delivery date and time. A day prior to the scheduled delivery, our freight partner will send you an SMS confirming the expected delivery time.

 

Delivery Timeframe

Please note that despite our diligent efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays might occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shifts in manufacturing schedules, bottlenecks in shipping and supply chains, and freight holdups within New Zealand. We sincerely appreciate your patience during such situations. Delivery times vary based on product availability. To check the estimated delivery timeframe for a specific product, simply input your delivery suburb and postcode on the product page. Products might be classified as either ‘In Stock’ or ‘Available to Order,’ depending on their availability.”
