We want you to love your purchase from Future Furniture. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
Standard Items
You may return unused, standard (non-custom) items within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
A restocking fee may apply. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Custom Orders
Custom-made items (e.g. curtains, blinds, pergolas, kitchen cabinets) are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct at the time of order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We’ll repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
