Delivery Services
We offer both urban and rural delivery services within New Zealand. Payment must be made in full before the purchased goods can be delivered on the agreed date. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and the delivery address. We will notify you one day in advance before the delivery date if no specific date is requested.
Shipping Cost Estimate
A shipping cost estimate will be generated once you have added items to your shopping cart and provided your verified shipping address, suburb, and postcode. Shipping rates are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and will be calculated at checkout. For locations outside our standard shipping service area, please contact us via email at contact@futurefurniture.co.nz, and we will assess the shipping fee for you.
Pick-Up Service
Due to high demand, scheduling an appointment for pick-up is highly recommended. Please arrange your pick-up in advance by contacting our customer support team at contact@futurefurniture.co.nz. Our team will notify you when your items are ready for collection.
General Shipping Information
Deliveries are generally made to the interior (ground floor only). Extra charges may be required for expedited or same-day delivery, carrying items upstairs or into lifts, assembly, and additional requested services.
The delivery staff will comply with standard delivery instructions when completing orders. Please be aware that our team will not unpack items, remove packaging, or dispose of packing materials, waste, or old furniture.
A re-delivery fee may apply if the customer is not present to accept the goods at the scheduled delivery time. Any damages that occur during transit should be reported to both the carrier and the store within 24 hours of delivery, supported by relevant evidence such as photographs or videos.
